Particular conditions:

* 6 month warranty: we guarantee the products for a period of 6 months, under the terms stated in this warranty. The warranty only covers normal residential use.

In the case of accessories, the warranty will be 1 month.

• In case of manufacturing defect Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV will determine whether the item will be repaired or replaced with a new product. The warranty covers the exchange for a new product in perfect condition if repair is not possible, as long as the product is due to manufacturing or material defect. The same model of furniture purchased on our website will be sent, no changes will be made for another model, size or merchandise color.

* Defects or damages due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear produced by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

*For warranty purposes, we want to remind you that our furniture is made for residential use, their resistances are common, in case the furniture arrives damaged or ruined by excessive use of common and current weight, Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV de cv will determine whether or not your warranty is accepted.

*The information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Muebla Bahia site, are exclusively for guidance. Muebla Bahia is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in product information.

 

General conditions:

The duration of the contractual warranty is clearly detailed in the warranty that is granted with the purchase of each product, and is issued and guaranteed by the manufacturer or supplier of each product.

*No user may request a wider warranty than what is indicated. In such cases, Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV will not be obliged to respond for such warranties, or collect the damaged product(s).

*The warranty will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially with electrical accidents, wear, improper use, or installation and use not in accordance with its common use.

*Products transported, modified or repaired by the user or any other person not authorized by Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty shall not apply to apparent defects and defects of conformity of the product, for which any claim must be formulated by the user in question within 24 hours following the delivery of the products.

*The warranty is lost when the furniture is manipulated by external people not authorized by Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV. to validate the warranty it is necessary to present an invoice. In the event of receiving the goods with damages, the user has the responsibility of not receiving the goods and returning them immediately.

*The warranties apply only under normal or residential use and will be validated by the professionals of Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV.

Invalidation of Warranty.

*Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV is not obliged to comply with the above mentioned in this warranty when the warranty period has expired or if the goods have been used under conditions other than the normal those specified in the care manual and/or repairs made by a third party.

The product will lose all warranty if it is used outdoors. The furniture that is manufactured under our brand is solely and exclusively for interior use, and in some cases, for roofed terrace without direct contact with water or sun. The use of our outdoor furniture is with the understanding that the warranty will automatically be lost and is the complete responsibility of the customer.

 

Cancellation in the purchase of products.

You have 24 hours to make cancellations of orders or returns and the above terms will apply. If the goods purchased or purchased left our distribution centers, no cancellations or returns will be accepted.

 After 48 hours of having placed your orders, if a change is made in it, it will have a cost of 20% of the total amount. In the case of cancellation of the order after the first 48 hours, it will have a cost of 30% of the total order to defy costs for the manufacturing of said furniture.

 

Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

The user may return the products purchased through the website, as long as: the delivered product has some factory defect (adding the terms and conditions of the carrier in case of shipments with them) and the user requests the return within the 24 hours following the delivery date. Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV states that returns are exclusively for cases of defective products, within the warranty period specified for the products purchased.

The products must be found in the same conditions in which they were delivered to the user. They must be found with their original packaging and labeling or alternatively in some similar format that guarantees their return in perfect condition.

In all cases, Muebla Bahia will determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced in exact like.

Return Process:

The product return process will be as follows:

*The user must contact the Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV customer service center at the email contacto@muebla.com.mx within a period of no more than 24 hours of receiving the package requesting the return of the products and providing name and surname, order number, names of products to be returned, address at which the products will be picked up, address which should always be the address that was registered for the shipping of the products. If the return is due because the product(s) are defective or it is a different product from the one purchased through the website, the user must also express this circumstance, as well as mention, if it is the case, the defects of the products, (hereinafter the "return request").

*Once the return request is approved, Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV may send the user a guide for shipping through the corresponding transportation company, as well as to schedule the date on which the transportation company will collect the products from the address provided by the user for the first delivery.

The user must, in its case, package the product in its original box or packaging, print and deliver the guide, as well as the products in their original packaging or box, to the transportation company on the date scheduled for such effect.

When these are liquidation products, the products will be delivered in the physical conditions in which they are at the time of their sale. no claim, repair, return or any physical exchange will be accepted on these products.

Refunds

*Refunds will apply in relation to defective products as long as Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV determines that the refund is applicable to the user, otherwise the user accepts the terms specified in the returns section.

*If the payment was made by debit or credit card, the refund will be made through a reimbursement on the same card that was used as long as 30 calendar days have not passed after the charge. If the payment was made by other means or has already exceeded 30 calendar days after the charge, the refund will be made through a bank transfer to the user's account which must match the account from which the purchase was made.

*The user will be refunded for the cost of the returned products plus the cost of freight paid by the user for them.

*Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV is not and will not be responsible for the costs caused by those returns that are produced without respecting the steps established in the procedure presented in the "returns" section.

Period for Refunds in case of cancellation.

*In the event of cancellation of the purchase made by the user in accordance with the section "cancellation of the purchase of the products" of these terms and conditions, Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV will refund the user the amount paid, and may apply the penalty of up to 15% according to the specific case. The return will be made within 14 business days from the date of the user's cancellation of the purchase.

*Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV will not return the amount paid for freight or transportation of the selected products.

 Period for Refunds in case of return

*Once received the products returned by the user, Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV will review the returned products.

*In the event that Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV determines that a return of the purchase is appropriate, since the product purchased by the user is no longer manufactured, the company will have the obligation to return the money paid by the user within the 7 business days counted from the day on which the company Muebla Bahia S de RL de CV received the returned products. If they do not have them in stock, the user will be notified of the delivery time of the goods.
